For many years DK Cleaning has carved out an excellent relationship in the education sector and with some of the larger building and fit-out Blue Ribboned companies in London. With our reputation comes a commitment to deliver to the highest of standards and ensure that deadlines are met. This has seen our long-term client’s label DK Cleaning as their preferred contractor.

We have in the past undertaken cleaning work at some well known buildings in London including The Shard, The Gherkin, Buckingham Palace, City Hall, HSBC Tower, The Cheese Grater and many others. We have also had contracts to undertake builders cleans in hospitals, prison service buildings, schools and government premises.

We pride ourselves in having a high level of staff retention of both Operatives and Supervisors which is a testament to the emphasis that we place on our staff and our practices. We also have experienced office backup to assist with general administration and queries.

DK (Specialist) Cleaning Services continues to thrive because of the dedication of its cleaning staff, who through continual training have become some of the best in their profession. All have either a CSCS or SSSTS certified status. They all hold a Health and Safety qualification and have undertaken training in Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling and Working at Height. A number of our operatives are also First Aid, Harness, IPAF, Pasma and Platform trained.

Accreditations

INTERNATIONAL POWERED ACCESS FEDERATION

We’re proud to be part of the IPAF as it promotes the safe and effective use of powered access equipment worldwide. With this accreditation, it means we are trained in using Elevated Platforms so you can rest assured that we have advanced knowledge in this field of work.

CONSTRUCTION SKILLS CERTIFICATION SCHEME

All our staff have a current CSCS card to provide proof that we have the appropriate training and qualifications for the job we do on-site.

PASMA TOWER TRAINED

PASMA is the lead trade association for the mobile access tower industry. As a member of this not-for-profit organisation, we actively support safety, standards and best practice whilst also being at the forefront of many technological developments and legislation changes.

SITE SUPERVISORS’ SAFETY TRAINING SCHEME

We have on most of our jobs an SSSTS to oversee our projects. This encompasses a range of responsibilites relating to the welfare of staff and safety management. To delegate tasks to meet deadlines, carry our inspections and ensuring they adhere to health and safety protocol.

CHAS ACCREDITED CONTRACTOR

CHAS helps clients (buyers) and contractors (suppliers) ensure compliance across the different areas of risk management, and mitigate risks across the supply chain.
