Fitouts - Builders Clean

Fitout/Builder Cleans

We specialise in Builders Cleans either during the build/fitout process and a final clean or sparkle clean on completion of the project.

We begin with a site visit, a full quotation will be created tailored to the client’s requirements and budget. All work is undertaken utilising high-quality cleaning materials and equipment, depending
on each individual job.

Our cleaning teams are fully trained to the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS), (including if required a DBS check) and are led by qualified and experienced team leaders who follow specific procedures, including establishing a risk assessment and method statement (RAMS).

RITEL, Reliable IT Environments – Dr. John Wood

RITEL has confirmed the cleanliness of computer rooms to ISO Standard protocols over many years. We work for end-user clients to confirm correct room performance. In many of our engagements DK(Specialist) Cleaning have been responsible for the final condition of the room. To date these amounts to over of their 30 settings we have examined, and multiples of that figure in numbers of individual rooms. In every case, DK(Specialist) Cleaning has delivered rooms within Class 8 of the ISO 14644-1 Standard and most usually, within Class 7 after a brief settlement pause following cleaning activity. DK(Specialist) Cleaning has a good understanding, attention to detail and delivery of what is required in these settings.

Part of a report created by Dr John Woods for 100 Bishopsgate, after we completed the COMMS clean.

At RITEL, we spend all our time in IT environments of all complexities and sizes. In our time with new build evaluations, I would judge what we saw in these 18 comms. rooms to be arguably the best we have ever experienced. From the initial specification of appropriate materials and equipment, through construction, to the intermediate and final professional cleaning stage, all had been very well executed. And the particle cleanliness results confirm the degree of control and attention to detail through all this process. Most rooms have already reached Class 7 levels; even those rooms that have not yet received their full final clean were all within a Class 8 standard, and the report will confirm this. And notably, this standard has been achieved with a considerable amount of other dust creating activity proceeding close to all these rooms.

I confidently expect that when the full refurbishment is completed and the tradesmen have gone, your client will have a suite of IT rooms all comfortably performing well into the Class 7 range.
